Shipping
-
I understand that if I choose to ship my bouquet for preservation and fail to follow shipping instructions, blooms could arrive damaged. In this case, I will be given different frame size options to accommodate workable blooms or my order can be cancelled/refunded.
-
I understand that only the completed preserved frame will be shipped back to me.
In the Press
-
I understand that my blooms will change color due to the natural color preservation process. Ex. White preserves ivory.
-
I understand that MPB does not offer color correction.
-
I understand that if blooms arrive damaged during shipping, the damage will most likely be reflected in the final preservervation.
-
I understand that not all blooms in the bouquet may be pressed and framed due to composition of certain blooms exceeding the frame thickness.
-
I understand that I can request my unused preserved blooms to be returned to me if not utilized in the final frame. If not requested, blooms will become MPB property.
Your Pressed Blooms
-
I understand that if my final preserved bouquet frame arrives damaged, I must send MPB photos of the damage.
